Organic food at Demeter Marketplace

The Demeter Marketplace at BioFach now serves organic food for the first time. The Demeter cooks conjure up culinary treats for all the senses to make biodynamic cultivation experiencable. Visitors can enjoy hokkaido cream soup with roasted pumpkin seeds or cream and salads of the season prepared from biodynamically grown vegetables like carrots, radishes, lamb's lettuce, Chinese cabbage and beetroot. Demeter's partners also join forces at the 20th anniversary BioFach – mainly as a brand community grouped around the Demeter Marketplace in hall 7, bit also in the cosmetics segment in hall 7A and the wine segment in hall 4A.
