FPM

FPM is founded by our association’s president Fengxi Zheng and international charity organization who promote IFPMO. This organization wish to help farmer in poor area get product certification, such as : organic certification, GAP certification and so on. Also it will push positively fair trade of the agriculture food in poor Asia-pacific area. For this, we set up FPM. We will cooperate with Asia Food Traceability Information Net and set up fair trade’s flat platform of FPM’s products. At present, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia area have set up the branch of FPM organization, and will push greatly the movement of product’s fair trade.
The main goal of setting up IFPMO is that with the development of economy, the rising countries in Asian will make the farmers in every area live rich life, and don’t widen the gap between the rich and the poor. But at present the unfair trade structure is formed for a long time, for instance, the system of fair trade in vast poor areas in China is still blank, and it is pity to forget the importance of fair trade system. Dean Yang ,in Linfen city , in Shanxi province, said : positively develop international cooperation , take part in FLO, overall bring in fair trade’s producing technology standard and FLO certification system, realize to correspond to FLO in producing technology standard, label certification system, supplying and sales net, organization activities .
Dean Yang, in Linfen city, realizes that the fair trade system is an important system to solve the poor problem. We support this suggestion very much. Because GLOBAL GAP is practiced overall from 2008, the developed countries in order to protect agriculture, they put forward relative GAP system and organic agriculture standard which cause product trade to add much obstacle ( non-tariff trade barrier ). The rising IFPMO wishes that FLO’s fair trade system can cooperate with the third party’s appraisal system, only can this make contribute to the poor farmer’s agriculture. We wish that the willing person can take part in this movement, and we try our best to do the helping poor work in East-South Asia area! |
